Full contact management database enables efficient management of clients and prospects

The Contact framework screen enables the User to easily find and manage all their contacts, whether they are clients, solicitors, introducers, estate agents, companies etc. Powerful search criteria are provided which in turn can be filtered and then displayed how the User wants to see their results.
Users can then proceed to:
  • View or amend their results

  • View or amend contacts across Network, Company, Branch and Users

  • Transfer on a multiple or single basis across the whole system, companies, branches or users (relevant permissions required)

  • Transfer to Briefcase to conduct a sale at the contacts address

  • Select and perform a sale online

  • Right click any client or prospect to invoke the drop down context menu which provides dynamic access to relevant areas of the sales process to the contact

  • Apply commissions against specific Introducers & enable auto generation of fees

  • Automatically generate Google maps & directions for contacts





  • Importing and exporting
    The import/export module enables the upload of contacts or leads to the system from a pre-defined CSV format. If the User is given access to the hierarchy and the ‘Transfer All’ option then these leads can be assigned out across the network.

    Filtering within the selection of these leads on criteria such as the postcode will enable block transfer to a particular adviser to progress.
