To create a client select the ‘Contacts’ button from the toolbar then select ‘Add Contact’. Complete the relevant information then select the ‘Update’ button. If you wish to add a partner to the first applicant you can select the ‘Add Partner’ button, this appears towards the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
If you have not already created a case for your client you can do so from the 'Contacts' section selecting the Case Detail button. You will be asked if you wish to select a partner, if there is no partner click create case.
To view notes proceed to the Case's section and locate your client using the search filters, select Action > Go to > Notes Management. To add a note simply click on the green 'Add Note' button.
To create an illustration you must first complete and IDD and then the Fact Find. Please ensure you have at least completed all the mandatory fields on the Fact Find otherwise the option to create an illustration will not be available from the Case Detail screen.
